How Our Reseller Programme Works

Our reseller programme is aimed at companies with a valid trade licence — regardless of industry. Whether IT reseller, consulting firm, trade business, or service provider: if you want to distribute our solutions to your customers, you are in the right place. Our portfolio covers every industry — from Vorgano (all-in-one task and process management including warehouse management and invoicing) through HR system and time management to custom software development and websites. An IT background is not required. Private individuals without a trade licence unfortunately cannot take part in the programme. During registration, we verify your company details and documentation.

As a HaiSoTec reseller, you have access to our entire product portfolio, including:

• HR System — HR solution for personnel management and applicant tracking
• Time Management — Intelligent time tracking and project planning
• Website Development — Bespoke web presences

Registration and participation in the reseller programme are free of charge. There is no registration fee, no monthly base charges, and no minimum turnover to get started. You only pay the purchase prices for products and licences that you actually resell to your customers. The difference to the end-customer price forms your margin.

For registration you need:

• Trade licence — as proof of your business activity (scan or photo is sufficient)
• Company details — company name, legal form, address, VAT ID
• Contact person — contact details of the responsible person
• Business information — industry, previous sales experience, planned area of use

The review of your submitted documents usually takes 1–3 working days. During this time, we verify your company details and trade licence. You will receive the result by e-mail: upon approval, the reseller contract will be sent to you for signing and return. After receipt of the contract, we activate your account. Should documents be missing or questions arise, we will contact you immediately.

Your purchasing conditions depend on your partner tier in the tier model (Registered, Silver, Gold). The higher your partner tier, the more attractive your conditions. All partner tiers include:

• Deal registration — protection of your registered customer relationships
• Demo access — access to demo environments for customer presentations
• Reseller portal — access to products, conditions, and sales materials

We do not offer fixed or exclusive territorial protection as a matter of principle. Our reseller model allows multiple qualified partners to operate in parallel. To protect your sales activities, we rely on clear customer assignment: once a customer is registered and approved for you as a reseller, that customer is protected for you. No other reseller can register deals with that customer. This gives you full planning security for your customer relationships with simultaneously fair competition for new customers.

The support model is clearly divided:

• 1st-level support — is your responsibility as the reseller. You are the first point of contact for your customers for questions, usage topics, and simple technical issues.
• 2nd-level support — is provided by HaiSoTec. For more in-depth technical questions and error analysis, our support team is available to you.

Yes — all resellers have access to a demo environment with which you can present our solutions (e.g. Vorgano, ticket system, HR system, time management) realistically to your prospects. In the first year, access is free for all resellers. From the Silver partner tier, the demo environment is permanently free as part of your partnership.

Extensive sales and marketing materials are available to you in the reseller portal:

• One-pagers and product flyers
• Sales decks and pitch templates
• Product texts, screenshots, and graphics
• Branding kit with reseller logo and design guidelines
• Price and licence overviews

Technical expertise is not required. The installation of our products is always carried out by HaiSoTec. The subsequent setup together with the end customer can be offered by you as the reseller — at your own rates. You can also offer 1st-level support as an independent service at your own rates. For more in-depth technical topics, our 2nd-level support is available to you via the designated support channels.

Yes, participation in the reseller programme can be terminated at any time in accordance with the conditions agreed in the reseller contract. There is no long-term commitment or hidden exit clauses. Existing customer relationships and active licences are properly wound down within the framework of the contractual provisions.
