What do we actually do?

We develop and operate software for digital processes in small and medium-sized enterprises: ticket management with ERP writeback, order and material administration with e-invoicing, digital signatures, and workflow automation. The focus is on businesses that want to avoid complex ERP packages but still work in a structured way.

Unlike generic international SaaS providers, HaiSoTec is tailored to German business processes — such as compliance with the e-invoicing obligation (since 2025), GDPR-compliant data processing, and integration with SAP Business One.

Our customers are primarily:

• Trade and service businesses with 10–200 employees
• Industrial SMEs with existing SAP installations
• IT system houses that distribute our software as resellers

Why we founded HaiSoTec

HaiSoTec grew out of the observation that German SMEs usually face a binary choice in business software: generic international SaaS products that only partially reflect German business processes (e-invoicing, GDPR, trades-sector accounting) — or oversized enterprise ERP systems that are neither affordable nor meaningful for businesses with 10–200 employees.

We build the software we were looking for ourselves and couldn't find.
